Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients
- 3 Tbs. butter
- 2 Tbs. flour
- Cayenne pepper, to taste (optional)
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 C. whole milk
- 3/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 C. grated Romano cheese
- 1 (7-oz.) package noodles, cooked
Directions
In saucepan, heat butter until melted. Add flour to make roux. Add cayenne pepper, garlic, milk, and cheeses. When mixture becomes thick and creamy, pour over hot noodles. Serves 6.
