  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, cubed
  • 3/4 C. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 C. margarine
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 8 oz. fettuccine
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 rotisserie chicken, cubed (bones removed)

Cook the fettuccine according to package directions while you prepare the sauce. Mix all ingredients except for fettucine and chicken over low heat until smooth. Add fettuccine and cubed chicken. Toss lightly until well combined and warmed through.
