Fettuccine and Broccoli
- 1 stick butter
- 3 Tbs. chopped fresh garlic
- 1 lg. container fat free whipped topping (i.e. Cool Whip)
- 1 lb. fettuccine
- 1 lg. head fresh broccoli (or asparagus if desired)
Cook fettuccine and drain and set aside. In fry pan, melt butter and add garlic and cook until slightly brown. Then add fat free whipped topping. Toss over fettuccine and add salt and pepper if desired. Steam broccoli, and when slightly soft put on top of fettuccine.
