  • 1 package of farfalle
  • q tsp of oregano
  • 1 tsp of herbs
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 lb of shrimp
  • 0.5 c. of mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 c. of peanuts

Cook fettuccine according to the directions on the package, drain, set aside. Brown shrimp with garlic in olive oil. Add herbs, continue cooking. Stir in mozzarella cheese, cook until the cheese is melted. Add paste to the skillet, mix well, season with oregano, herbs and black pepper, mix well, cover and cook for 10 minutes more. Serve immediately.
