  • 1 package of fettuccine pasta
  • 1 c. of butter
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 0.3 c. of Romano cheese
  • 0.3 c. of Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. of spinach
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cook fettuccine in salted water for 8 minutes until al dente. In a saucepan, melt butter into cream over low heat. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir in Romano and Parmesan cheese, add spinach, and cook until the cheese is melted and the spinach is tender. Add pasta to the sauce, stir well and serve immediately.
