- ΒΌ C. olive oil
- 2 (15 oz.) cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 T. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. cumin
- Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pat chickpeas dry with paper towels. Spread oil onto a rimmed baking sheet and place into oven for 5 minutes until hot. In a bowl, toss chickpeas with cayenne pepper, cumin, and salt. Spread chickpeas onto hot oil and return pan to oven. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until crisp. Let cool and serve.
