Fig and Prosciutto Sandwiches

Ingredients
- unsalted butter
- 4 slices white bread
- 2 Tbs. fig jam
- 4 slices Italian prosciutto
Directions
Spread a bit of butter on one side of each slice of bread. Spread about 2 tsp. fig jam over the butter on each slice. Arrange 2 slices prosciutto on half of the slices. Place the remaining slices of bread jam-side-down on the prosciutto. With knife, trim off the bred crusts. Cut the sandwiches in half diagonally to form 2 triangles. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
