Fiji Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 4 pork chops
- 2 cans Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 C. water
- 1/2 C. fresh mushroom (optional)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
In oil, brown pork chops in skillet over medium heat about 10 minutes or until browned. Set chops aside. Pour off fat. Add soup, water, mushrooms and garlic powder. Heat to a boil. Return pork chops to pan. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until pork chops are done. This depends on the thickness of the pork chops
