Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. chocolate syrup
  • 1 T. walnuts, chopped
  • ½ C. rolled oats
  • 1 C. water

Pour the rolled oats and water into a bowl. Microwave for 3 minutes. Mix in the sliced banana, chocolate syrup, cinnamon and chopped walnuts. Serve hot and enjoy.
