  • 1 Lemon
  • 3 Cloves of Minced Garlic
  • 1 Pound of Peeled and Deveined Shrimp
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons of White Wine
  • 1 Pinch of Pepper
  • ½ Tablespoon of Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons of Parsley

In a skillet over medium heat, combine the juice from the lemon, garlic, butter, olive oil, wine, pepper, and honey and stir until evenly mixed. Then, remove it from the heat until it’s completely cooled. Pour this sauce into a large resealable bag and add the shrimp, shaking it and moving the shrimp around with your hands from the outside of the bag until they’re evenly coated.

Let this marinate for 3 hours or overnight. Then, grill them over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through. Make sure to flip them over halfway through to cook both sides. Sprinkle parsley over the finished shrimp and serve them hot.
