  • ¼ C. lemon juice
  • 2 T. ground pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • ½ stick butter, melted
  • Lemon zest

In a large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, pepper, garlic, onion powder, salt, cayenne, thyme, and butter. Toss and evenly coat wings in sauce. Transfer wings to a foil-line baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees, flip, and cook for an additional 20 minutes. Garnish with a bit more lemon juice and zest.
