This simple recipe doesn’t require you to stay in a hot kitchen for hours. The Baja Fresh copycat tender chicken tacos are delicious and perfect to prepare for any occasion. We recommend trying it with a spicy salsa to compliment the succulent meat and fresh veggies.

Begin by placing a large lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, toss chicken with olive oil, lime juice, and Worcestershire sauce and season with garlic powder, onion powder, and bay leaf. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, warm the tortillas, place them on a flat surface and transfer chicken on top of them with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and salsa.
