Grab a bag of chips and dig into this easy recipe. This gooey, cheesy party dip is full of roasted tomatoes, peppers, and a little bacon. It has just enough spice to highlight the Southwestern flavors, but still mild enough that even kids will love eating it. You might want to make a double batch because it is sure to be gone quickly.
