First-Rate Mushroom Casserole Recipe
Serving Size / Yield
- 8 oz. mushroom
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1/2 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cut mushroom into pieces. Chop onion.
In a bowl, beat egg and add mayonnaise, onion, mushroom, and pepper. Mix well. Place in a baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 10 minutes.
