Flakey Sesame Salmon And Zucchini

- 2 salmon fillets, chopped
- 2 zucchinis, peeled and chopped
- 2 scallions, chopped
- ½ C. teriyaki sauce
- Sesame seeds, toasted
In a bowl, toss fillets with teriyaki and refrigerate for 30 minutes. In a skillet, heat oil and add fillet pieces; cook over medium heat for 5 minutes on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside. Return to the skillet and sauté zucchini and scallions until tender. Add to salmon pieces and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
