Ingredients

  • 1-6-ounce flank steak
  • 1/2 tsp. chile powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 1 Tbs. minced garlic
  • Two flour tortillas
  • Baked beans, for topping
  • Feta cheese, for topping
  • Cherry tomatoes, for topping

Directions

Season the steak on both sides with chile powder, salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a pan. Add steak and sear for 3 to 5 minutes per side. Slice across the grain into 1-inch strips when finished.

In a bowl, mash together avocado, lime juice, garlic and salt.

Warm tortillas in a pan, oven or grill. Divide the guacamole and steak between the tortillas. Add beans, cheese and tomatoes. Serve warm.
