Fried Mushrooms are an irresistible snack because they have a yummy taste. Delicacies like these are a special treat for everyone from the adults to the young ones. They are juicy and tender on the inside but they are crisp on the outside. They can be served as a snack or as an appetizer just before a main course. These mushrooms will make a great party nibbler!

  • 1 lb. small mushrooms
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups of oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 C. panko breadcrumbs

Clean the mushrooms. Place them in a medium bowl.

Whisk the eggs into another bowl. In a third bowl, mix the salt and breadcrumbs with the flour.

Dip the mushrooms in the egg mixture then in the dry mixture.

Fry mushrooms at 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes depending on the size.
