Flavorful Fried Mushrooms
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 lb. small mushrooms
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups of oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 C. panko breadcrumbs
Clean the mushrooms. Place them in a medium bowl.
Whisk the eggs into another bowl. In a third bowl, mix the salt and breadcrumbs with the flour.
Dip the mushrooms in the egg mixture then in the dry mixture.
Fry mushrooms at 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes depending on the size.
