Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brush pork with olive oil. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Place roast in 9-by-13-inch sprayed baking pan. Bake uncovered for about 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Remove from oven. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
