This terrific smoothie has a triple dose of vitamin C and perfect for those feeling-lousy kind of days.

Ingredients

  • 1 C. fresh orange juice
  • 1 C. quartered fresh strawberries
  • 3/4 C. diced papaya
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.

Note: For best use drink before bedtime.

Yield: 2 servingsĀ
