  • 8 slices thick-cut bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 C. evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 C. corn syrup
  • 1/4 C. brown sugar
  • 1/2 C. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, 2 tsp. cinnamon, and nutmeg. Dip bread into mixture and soak for 1 minute. Lay bread in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook each bread slice until just browning. Mix together corn syrup, maple syrup, brown sugar, and remaining cinnamon and heat to a boil. Slice bananas thinly and add to mixture. Pour over bread and serve warm.
