  • 3 C. all-purpose flour
  • 2 C. sugar
  • 1 C. pecans, crushed
  • 1 C. vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas, smashed
  • 1 tsp, baking powder
  • 1 tsp, baking soda,
  • 1 tsp, salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) can of crushed pineapples
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 ½ tsp. Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. ground cloves

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Separate the dry ingredients from the wet. Mix them both well. Combine the egg and flour mixture. Divide the mixture into 2 or three cake pans. Bake for 25 minutes.
