  • 1/8 C. butter
  • 2 C. flour, sifted
  • ¾ C. milk
  • 1 Tbs. tomato sauce
  • ¾ C. cheddar cheese
  • ¼ C. grated cheese, garnish

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine with hands the butter flour and yeast in a small bowl. Add milk in. Stir with a butter knife to make smooth dough, adding more milk if necessary. Place dough on a lightly floured surface and knead gently. Stretch dough and cut into circles with size you want pizzas. Can use a round cookie cutter to get a small pizza shape. Spread tomato sauce over dough, leaving a little room at the edge. Sprinkle on cheddar cheese. Place mini pizzas on a baking sheet with wax paper. Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let cool and coat with extra cheese.
