Fluffy Pineapple Angel Food Cake
- 1 6 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 9 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained will
- 1 8 oz. carton frozen whipped topping
- 1 angel food cake, baked
Combine pudding and pineapple and beat for 2 minutes with mixer speed on low. Fold in whipped topping. Cut angel food cake crosswise to make three layers. Fill between layers with pudding mix. Place remaining mixture on top. Chill before serving and keep refrigerated.
