  • 2 Pounds of Sirloin Steak (with the fat trimmed off)
  • 1 Pound of Halved Yellow Potatoes
  • 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of Oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon of Parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon of Thyme
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter

In a large bowl, combine the steak and potatoes with the olive oil, garlic, onion powder, oregano, parsley, thyme, and butter. Then, prepare 4 equally-sized pieces of foil and distribute the steak and potatoes between each piece. Seal all the contents in the foil by folding tightly.

Grill these packets over your campfire for 10 minutes on each side, or until everything is cooked to your liking. Be careful handling the hot tinfoil and serve hot!
