Foolproof Dark Chocolate Fudge
- 3 12-oz. pkgs. semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 cans sweetened, condensed milk
- dash of salt
- 1 C. chopped nuts (optional)
- 4 tsp. vanilla extract
In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chips with sweetened milk and salt. Stir constantly. Remove from low heat. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Spread evenly into wax paper lined 9x13-inch pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge into cutting board. Peel off paper and cut into pieces. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
