- 2 yams
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash® Table Blend
Slice yams with skin on into 3/4" discs. Steam yams for approximately 20 minutes in a steamer, or until tender to the touch of a fork. Toss steamed yams with oil and Mrs. Dash® Table Blend until thoroughly coated. Transfer yams to the vegetable basket of a grill or the top rack of a preheated 400°F oven. Grill or cook for approximately 1 1/4 hours, or until the yams are very brown, slightly condensed, and begging to be eaten.
