Fountain Blue Restaurant Kluski z Kapasta
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz. pkg. frozen kluski noodles
- 1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 C. milk
- 1/2 C. (1 stick) butter
- 1/4 C. chopped cooked bacon
- 1/4 C. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. caraway seed
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1 16 oz. can sauerkraut, undrained
- Salt to taste
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions. Set aside. In saucepan, combine soup, milk and butter. Heat, stirring regularly, until smooth. Add all remaining ingredients except noodles and mix to combine. Mix in noodles. Spoon mixture into ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, in a 325 degree oven 30 minutes or until heated though.
