You didn't think that mac and cheese could get even better until you cooked it in a crockpot. Better yet, why not add four different cheeses to this recipe? We love it!

  • 1 3/4 C. macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1 12-oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 C. butter, melted
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 C. Colby Jack, shredded
  • 1 C. Cheddar, shredded
  • 1 C. Mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 C. Provolone, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Mix eggs, milk and butter in a large bowl. Add macaroni, salt, pepper, and cheese. Stir well. Pour in crockpot. Sprinkle with any additional shredded cheese, if you desire. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.
