  • 1 C. meatless pasta sauce
  • 1 C. cottage cheese
  • 2 C. mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 C. cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 C. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • pinch of red pepper flake
  • dried parsley

In a large bowl, mix together cottage cheese, one cup of mozzarella, 1/2 cup of cheddar, Parmesan, and cream cheese. Spread mixture in the bottom of your crockpot. In another bowl, combine pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Distribute sauce evenly over cheese. Top it off with remaining cheese and cook for three hours. Best served with garlic bread.
