Four Ingredient Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 package cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 C. Tex Mex cheese, shredded
- 100 g. chopped frozen spinach, defrosted
- 1 C. sour cream
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
Scoop the mixture into a small, oven safe casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
Serve hot out of the oven with tortilla chips.
