  • ¾ C. coconut oil
  • ¾ C. sour cream
  • ½ C. warm water
  • 3 egg, beaten
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Buttercream Icing:
  • 1 C. butter
  • 3-4 C. powdered sugar
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 T. vanilla extract
  • 4 T. skim milk
  • Red star-shaped sprinkles
  • Blue star-shaped sprinkles
