Perfect for grilling season, these hot dog kabobs are fun for kids and adults!

  • two 4-oz. cans whole green chilies, seeded and rinsed
  • 8 hot dogs, cut crosswise into thirds
  • one 16-oz. can whole new potatoes, drained
  • 1/4 C. horseradish mustard
  • 1/4 C. taco sauce
  • 1/4 C. ketchup
  • 2 Tbs. cooking oil

Slit chilies lengthwise into fourths.  Wrap one strip of chili around each piece of frankfurter.  Thread onto skewers along with potatoes.  Combine mustard, ketchup, taco sauce, and oil.  Grill kabobs over medium coals for 10 minutes, turning often and brushing frequently with sauce.
