French Chocolate Pie
- 1/2 C. granulated sugar
- 1/2 C. butter, softened
- 2 squares semisweet chocolate, melted
- 2 eggs
- 2 C. frozen whipped topping
- 1 9 inch graham cracker crust, baked
Cream together sugar and butter; add melted chocolate and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating 5 minutes after each addition. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate. For a pretty pie, sprinkle chocolate shavings on top before serving.
