French Crepes

Ingredients
- 2 C. heavy cream
- 1 C. milk
- 1 C. water
- 6 oz. powdered sugar
- 12 oz. flour
- dash salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 12 eggs
- 2 tsp. butter
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except butter, and mix until smooth. Heat griddle or fry pan with butter. Pour batter. Brown on both sides. Roll up and serve.
