  • 1 large rump roast
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 can beer
  • 6 French rolls
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. shredded Swiss cheese

Trim the fat from the rump roast and place in the slow cooker. Add the broth, onion soup, and beer. Cook on low for 7 hours. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Split the rolls and spread the butter on top. Bake 10 minutes until heated through. Remove the meat and slice it on the diagonal. Place the meat on the rolls and top with cheese. Serve with dipping sauce.
