  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 10 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups chopped mushrooms
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
