French Kiss Swirl Mini Cheesecakes
- 4 premade French Kiss Cookies
- 4 Tbs. butter, melted
- 1 C. cream cheese, softened
- 4 Tbs. sugar
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 4 Jacques Torres Chocolate disks
- 2 Mini Spring Form Pans
First, bake the King Arthur French Kiss Cookies.Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Crumble the French Kiss Cookies; add the melted butter and combine. Pat cookie mixture, evenly in the bottom of each mini spring form pan. Set aside.
In small mixer bowl; add softened cream cheese and beat in sugar, vanilla and egg.
Place chocolate disks in a small bowl and melt by setting in a pan of hot water or place in the microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir until completely melted;
Pour cheesecake mixture evenly into both spring form pans.
Drizzle melted chocolate on top of cheesecake. Using a wooden bamboo stick or tooth pick, swirl chocolate into cheesecake.
Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely before removing from pan.
