French Onion & Cream Potatoes
- 2 lb. potatoes
- 2-1/2 C. whipping cream
- 2 packets French Onion Soup (dry)
Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Mix cream and French Onion soup together. Layer potatoes in a casserole dish. Pour cream and soup mixture over top. Cook slowly in the oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
