French Onion & Cream Potatoes

This is a perfect home made side dish of cream potatoes with a French onion flavor and complements a nice juicy steak.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. potatoes
  • 2-1/2 C. whipping cream
  • 2 packets French Onion Soup (dry)

Directions

Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Mix cream and French Onion soup together. Layer potatoes in a casserole dish. Pour cream and soup mixture over top. Cook slowly in the oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
