French Onion Rice
- 1 C. uncooked long-cooking rice (not instant)
- 1 14 1/2-oz. can beef broth
- 1 10 1/2-oz. can French onion soup
- 1 4-oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1/4 C. butter or margarine
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put rice in an ungreased casserole dish and add beef broth, soup, and mushroom pieces. Mix well and dot with butter or margarine. Bake for 50 minutes.
