French Toast Sticks With Mixed Berries

- 8 slices Texas toast
- 2 ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 4 large cage-free eggs
- 1 tbs. sugar
- 1 C. heavy cream
- 1 tbs. vanilla extract
- 2 tbs. butter
- 1 C. fresh blueberries
- 1 C. fresh raspberries
Evenly cut each slice of toast into 4 four sticks.
Combine eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Stir until ingredients are well blended. Dip each toast stick into egg mixture.
Warm butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Shake off any excess batter on toast sticks and add to skillet. Cook for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Transfers sticks to a serving place and top with berries.
