Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbs. water
- 1 tsp. minced shallots
- 1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
- freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients.Transfer to a jar with a tight-fitting lid to chill until ready to use.
