Fresco-Marinated Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb and Garlic Soup Mix
- 1/3 C. water
- 1/4 C. olive oil
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/4 lb.)
Directions
For marinade, blend all ingredients except chicken. In shallow baking dish or plastic bag, pour 1/2 C. of the marinade over chicken. Cover or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally up to 3 hours or overnight. Refrigerate remaining marinade. Remove chicken, discard marinade. Grill or broil chicken, turning once and brushing with the refrigerated marinade until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Note: If you don't have that flavor soup mix; golden onion soup mix can be
substituted.
