This is a great apple cake you can serve as a snack with coffee or for a dessert after a meal. it is delicious and will become a favorite of yours.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C. oil
  • 2 C. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 C. flour
  • 3 C. diced apples
  • 1 C. chopped walnuts
  • 1 C. raisins
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Cream oil and sugar: add eggs, then dry ingredients. Add vanilla, apples, nuts and raisins. Bake for 1 1/4 hours in a 10-inch greased and floured tube pan.
