A great apricot topping to add to shortcakes, pound cakes, ice cream or frozen yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 2 C. sliced fresh apricots (about 12 oz.)
  • 1 Tbs. granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbs. apricot nectar or orange Muscat dessert wine

Directions

Mix together apricots, sugar and nectar; set aside

Makes 6 Servings.
