  • 1 C. corn
  • ½ C. sun dried tomatoes
  • ½ C. pecans
  • 1 bunch Romaine lettuce
  • ¼ C. olive oil
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
