Ingredients
- 4 pieces puff pastry
- 2 C. feta cheese
- 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
- 2 C. ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- fresh dill (a few sprigs or to your taste)

Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Combine the cheeses and mayo in a bowl with the dill. Spread the mixture over a sheet of puff pastry and fold. Do this with the remaining sheets and brush them with egg wash (one beaten egg and a splash of water). Bake the pies for an hour until they’re golden brown.
