Fresh Basil Pesto

Ingredients
- 1/4 C. pine nuts
- 2 C. fresh basil leaves, packed
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 C. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 2 lg. cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 C. olive oil
Directions
In a food processor bowl, process well-dried basil leaves, pepper, garlic, and pine nuts. While machine is running, gradually add olive oil to form an emulsion. Add Parmesan cheese. Thin with additional oil if needed.
