  • 1 pt. blackberries
  • 1 C. milk
  • 2 6-oz. containers strawberry yogurt

Reserve 4 blackberries for garnish.  Cut out the hull or "cap," from remaining blackberries. In blender, place blackberries, milk and yogurt. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour smoothie mix into 4 glasses. Garnish each with reserved blackberries.
