  • 1 C. whole wheat flour
  • 2/3 C. sugar
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ C. sour cream
  • 1/3 C. canola oil
  • 1 C. blueberries

Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a smaller mixing bowl, beat together eggs, sour cream and oil. Add to the dry ingredients and mix till well combined. Fold in blueberries. Grease the crockpot and pour in batter. Cook covered on high for 3 hours.
