Do you have a thing for bruschetta? Well then you have to try this recipe. You won’t believe how easy it is to put together. Pretty soon you’ll be scarfing down each one. They turn out fresh and incredible.

  • 1 loaf of Italian bread
  • 1 package of grape tomatoes, minced
  • Bunch of basil, minced
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • ½ C. zucchini
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

In a bowl, combine the minced grape tomatoes, minced basil, minced garlic clove and desired amount of olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Slice up the bread and grill it on the pan. On the same grill, grill the zucchini slices. Layer a piece of zucchini over the bread slices. Place a good amount of the tomato mixture onto each slice of bread.
